Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dryve (“Dryve,” “we,” “us”) and DryveStickers.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Dryve provides software that helps used-car dealerships turn their online inventory into branded, printable window stickers and capture shopper interest (such as test-drive requests) from those vehicles. Features and pricing may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your account, and for all activity under it. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the dealership you register.

Billing

Dryve is billed on a pay-per-sticker basis. You are charged for each window sticker you download, billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel billing from your account at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or using it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages. You are responsible for the vehicle information and contact details you publish through Dryve.

Messaging consent

If you opt in to text-message notifications, you consent to receive automated SMS from Dryve at the number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile information.

Intellectual property

Dryve and its software, design, and branding are owned by us. Your dealership’s own logos, colors, and content remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the service (for example, rendering your brand onto your stickers and landing pages).

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dryve is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Dryve at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
